Multi-vehicle accident on Mitchell Highway, man freed from wreckage

A man who was trapped following a multi-vehicle accident on the Mitchell Highway near Molong has been freed from his vehicle and transported to Orange Hospital.
Orange Rural Fire Service reported at about 9:20am that it was still on the scene.
"Crew are now awaiting tow trucks to remove the vehicles from the road to assist Transport NSW in clearing debris from the road way to reopen the highway," it stated in a social media post.
Multiple emergency services were on the scene.
