Here's how you can help the Richings family following Saturday's fatal house fire

A crowdfunding page has been set up to raise money for the family of Naomie Richings, who perished in a house fire in Glenroi early on Saturday (June 3 2023) morning.

While James Richings and his two young sons recover in hospital, James's brother David launched the go fund me page on Sunday night, with a target of $100,000.

"My name is David Richings and I am starting this go fund me on behalf of my brother James and his family after a fatal house fire on the morning of June 3rd took the life of Naomie, a loving wife and mother who absolutely doted on their 2 young sons and destroyed their family home in Orange NSW," the crowdfunding page reads.

"Naomie was a kind soul who loved life and will be missed by all fortunate enough to have known her."

David Richings said that he wanted "to get started on helping them prepare for some challenging times ahead as they lay Naomie to rest, recover from their injuries and begin to rebuild their lives".

He said James and his family had been overwhelmed with the support received by the Orange community.

"We appreciate any further support or well-wishes sent their way. Thank you."

You can donate to the Richings family here.
